Macrobian ("Macrobian," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website macrobian.science (the "Site") and sells topical cosmetic skincare products and digital informational materials. Information you provide directly. When you place an order, book a consultation, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of any messages you send us.

Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not collect or store your full payment card number, card expiration, or CVC on our servers. That information is provided directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's privacy policy and security standards. We may receive limited transaction data from Stripe, such as the last four digits of your card, the card brand, and whether a payment succeeded or failed.

Scheduling information. If you book a consultation, scheduling is handled by a third-party scheduling provider (such as Calendly), which collects the information needed to book and confirm your appointment.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. Our site search and basic functionality may use limited local browser storage. We do not sell this information.

2. How we use your information

process, fulfill, and ship your orders;
deliver digital products you purchase;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

4. Payment processing and Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. We encourage you to review it. Stripe may use transaction information for fraud-prevention and compliance purposes as described in its policy.
